We sell electric roller skate shoes and related accessories. All product descriptions are provided in good faith. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual items may vary slightly in colour, texture, specification and finish due to screen display differences and product batch updates. Electric skate shoes contain built-in rechargeable batteries.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order will be processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment fails or pricing errors occur.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you submit an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock shortages, supply delays, battery transport restrictions, or errors in product or pricing information. We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

4. Delivery

Delivery service is available within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Items contain lithium batteries and may have special courier handling requirements. Risk of loss and damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

You must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must contact us promptly with photos of the items and packaging so we can assess your claim. We may offer repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. Returns caused by personal preference, improper use, collision damage, water damage or normal wear and tear will not be accepted.

6. User Responsibilities & Safety Warning

You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information. Electric skate shoes carry inherent safety risks. The user must wear protective gear including helmets, knee and elbow pads, comply with local road rules, and not use the product under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The merchant is not responsible for any personal injury caused by improper or reckless riding.

HARRY SIMPSON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability under New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
